These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dbg22 platform and all related services. By visiting the dbg22.lat website, opening an account, or participating in any betting activity, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

dbg22 operates an online entertainment and betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform provides services in Bengali, in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳), and through local payment methods.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

KYC Process

dbg22 reserves the right to verify the identity of every user. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. Any one of the following documents may need to be submitted:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)

Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all pending rewards.

Additional Payment Rules

dbg22 does not charge any payment processing fees, though payment service providers may apply their own charges. dbg22 reserves the right to suspend, reject, or investigate any payment if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or money laundering.

Welcome Bonus

A 100% welcome bonus applies to the first deposit at dbg22, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

Example calculation:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳42,000 → Bonus ৳20,000 → Total balance ৳62,000

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Terms

1. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which apply separately.
2. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
3. A bonus may only be used on your own account — transfers are prohibited.
4. If an attempt to circumvent bonus terms is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
5. dbg22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus.
6. Eligibility for bonuses is determined at the sole discretion of dbg22.

General Betting Terms

All bets placed on dbg22 are final and cannot be withdrawn once confirmed. It is the user's responsibility to understand the terms and rules of each bet. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, dbg22 reserves the right to cancel those bets.

• Sports betting: Bets placed before an event starts are counted as pre-match bets.
• Live betting: The option to place bets on events already in progress is available.
• Casino games: Each game's own rules apply.
• Slots & crash games: RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used.

Result Determination & Disputes

Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results of the competition. In the event of any dispute over a result, the official decision of the relevant sports authority will be considered final. For casino games, the game server log is considered the final evidence.

To dispute a result, support must be contacted within 72 hours of the result being published.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities violates dbg22's terms of service and may result in account closure:

1. Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account under one person's name.
2. Bonus abuse: Strategic betting with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.
3. Collusion: Multiple users acting together to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
4. Arbitrage betting: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing bets on every possible outcome.
5. Fraud: False identity, fake documents, or hacking.
6. Money laundering: Using the platform to legitimize illegal funds.
7. Software use: Use of bots, automation, or hacking tools.
8. Game manipulation: Attempting to rig the outcome of a game.

In the event of a breach of these terms, dbg22 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

dbg22's Rights

dbg22 may temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or activity.
• At the user's own request (self-imposed break or permanent closure).
• Long-term inactive account.

If there is any valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after verification — except for accounts closed due to a breach of the Terms.
